I had a pleasant experience with Rachel Smith! The purchase was a very streamlined process and afterwards Rachel was able to answer my question and provide me with documentation regarding my vehicle no problem!

Set up an appointment, and Willie was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. They also took my trade-in at a good rate, and I was able to get a car in seemingly great condition. Will update in a few months if anything changes, but so far, pleasantly suprised with the experience.

Today we were able to meet Willie, he did an amazing job helping with the purchase of our next vehicle. He presented different options and was patient while we spoke about, what choices were best. He made sure it was a good experience and not just trying to sell a car. Thank you

Ask for Willie! I wasn't sure what to expect but they follow a standardized business process that made for a smooth, streamline, and efficient experience. Willie was a complete professional --far better than treatment than I've received at reputable dealers. There was complete transparency and no pressure to buy things I didn't want. I also appreciated his efforts to coach on financial literacy with repayments, which I imagine would greatly benefit a first-time buyer. I would highly recommend and wish I had found them sooner.

Just bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from AutoProved, and it was a great overall experience! The car fit everything I was looking for and within my budget. My saleswoman Rachel helped me through the whole process and made it very simple. My only complaint is the car ended up being more than listed since I was paying upfront rather than financing it. But I would definitely recommend going to Rachel as she helped find me a car in a short amount of time!
